We look forward to your reservation.
In the the months of June, July and August, vacations run from Saturday to Saturday. 
In May, September & October, reservations can be made for less than one week.  We do require a 3 night minimum. 
 
Check in & Check out -Your vacation begins at 4 pm the day of arrival and check out is 9 am.  Please honor the check in/check out times during our busy season as we need ALL of this time to accomplish the high standards that you expect.
Deposits - A non-refundable** deposit of 50% of rental is required for a reservation. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date & will also be non-refundable**.  We accept VISA/MC/Discover.  We offer a 3% discount when you pay your deposit and final payment by cash or check.  A credit card* is required for security, although no charges will be billed provided no damage occurs. Prices do not include state and local taxes.
**Cancellation - Reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable.   If we can completely re-rent a canceled reservation, we will refund all of the paid deposit less a $100.00 re-rental fee per cabin and per unit of equipment. 

Extra person - Extra persons of any age over the base rate is $25 per person, per day. Day use by non-resort guest is $20 per person, per day no charge for children under two years of age.

   Pets:  Our policy is to allow pets in the Sunset, Bass, Caribou & Deer cabins only.
There is an $18 per day charge per pet (max. 2).
Pets cannot be left in cabins alone.
Pets cannot be on beds or furniture.
Owners must keep pets leashed at all times.
Owners MUST ALWAYS clean up waste from pets and dispose of properly.
Pets are not allowed in the Aurora Room or store or any non-pet cabins.
Anyone failing to follow the pet rules will be asked to immediately board their pet at a nearby kennel.
The following dogs are not allowed at the resort: German Shepherds, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler’s & Pit Bulls.Sadie

FYI, we have 2 golden retrievers, (resort mascots) Sadie & Tula, who are not subject to the leash rule.  (For Sadie's & Tula's health & best interest, please DO NOT feed them)

Non-Smoking Cabins - ALL cabins are non-smoking.
